If you’re new to rafting or traveling with seniors and children, Mo Chhu offers a gentle yet exciting ride.
🚣 Starting Point: Below Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten, a key sightseeing attraction.
🌊 Distance: 7 km
⚡ Rapids: 10 rapids (Grade 2- to 2+ – Easy)
🏁 Ending Point: Just before the magnificent Punakha Dzong, one of Bhutan’s most iconic landmarks.

🚣 Starting Point: Near Samdingkha Bridge (may shift 5 km downstream in low water conditions).
🌊 Distance: 11 km (shorter in low water season)
⚡ Rapids: Around 15 rapids (Grades 2 to 4 – Moderate to Challenging)
🏁 Ending Point: Before Khurutang Town.
